Han Kun Law Offices and Han Kun Law Offices LLP (“Han Kun Hong Kong”) acted as the PRC and Hong Kong legal advisers, respectively, to the sponsor and underwriters, and Han Kun Hong Kong acted as the lead counsel for prospectus drafting, in connection with the global offering of ordinary shares of Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited (“Seacon Shipping”, Stock Code: 2409) and the listing of such shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Seacon Shipping is an integrated shipping services provider headquartered in the PRC. Seacon Shipping is the largest third-party ship management services provider headquartered in the PRC in 2021 in terms of the number of third-party owned vessels under management.
