中国欧盟商会主席伍德克出席中国贸促会建会70周年与李克强总理的座谈会

5月19日，中国欧盟商会主席伍德克受邀出席在北京钓鱼台国宾馆举行的中国国际贸易促进委员会（贸促会）建会70周年与国务院总理李克强的座谈会。

会上，伍德克主席代表商会1800余家会员企业，诚挚希望中国加速深化市场改革。伍德克主席指出，共同应对气候变化问题是推动中欧双方在企业间、组织间和制度层面建立长期合作的契机，努力推动中国的技术发展、实现2060年碳中和目标。

伍德克主席还就中国如何克服疫情带来的挑战提出了相关建议。

伍德克主席向李克强总理介绍了中国欧盟商会近期发布的《中国新冠疫情防控政策和俄乌战争对欧洲在华企业的影响》和即将发布的关于碳中和的报告。

President Wuttke Attends the Symposium with Premier Li Keqiang on the 70th Anniversary of CCPIT

On 19th May, European Chamber President Joerg Wuttke was invited to attend the Symposium with Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council on the 70th Anniversary of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) held at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing.

President Wuttke advocated on behalf of the European Chamber’s 1,800 member companies for faster and deeper market reforms. He also noted that the challenge of climate change is an opportunity for Europe and China to engage in long-term collaboration at the company, organisational and institutional levels, to help China frontload in the technologies it requires to meet its 2060 carbon neutrality goal.

President Wuttke also provided the Chamber’s recommendations for a possible exit strategy from the present COVID-19 challenge.

President Wuttke presented Premier Li with the Chamber’s flash survey on the impact that COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine is having on European business, as well as the forthcoming carbon neutrality report.
