According to the website of the Ministry of Education, the Office of the Ministry of Education, the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the Office of the General Administration of Sport jointly issued the "Interim Measures for the Financial Management of Off-Campus Training Institutions" on March 14.

上市公司不得举办或参与举办面向义务教育阶段学生的学科类培训机构，不得通过发行股份或支付现金等方式购买学科类培训机构资产；面向义务教育阶段学生的学科类培训机构不得由外资通过兼并收购、受托经营、加盟连锁、利用可变利益实体等方式控股或参股。

Listed companies are not allowed to open or participate in opening subject-based training institutions for students in compulsory education stage, and are not allowed to purchase assets of subject-based training institutions through the issuance of shares or payment of cash. 

Subject-based training institutions for students in compulsory education stage cannot be controlled or invested by foreign capital through mergers and acquisitions, entrusted management, franchise chains, or the use of variable interest entities.
