道可特迎多位合伙人加盟北京、天津办公室

道可特律师事务所近日迎来四位专家路勇、宋亨、聂京祥、任自兵律师加盟其北京、天津办公室。

聂律师将加入道可特天津办公室，他拥有丰富的复杂民商事争议解决和刑事案件代理经验，专注于建设工程、刑事业务、争议解决等领域的研究。加入道可特之前，聂律师曾在击水律师事务所工作。

道可特天津办公室还迎来了任律师的加盟，他的主要业务领域包括企业破产重整、企业风险规避与控制、不良资产处置、金融领域以及民商事诉讼及执行等。加入道可特之前，任律师曾在公安系统任职多年。

路律师将加入道可特北京办公室，他深耕知识产权领域，在专利诉讼、专利无效、技术合同争议、民商事争议解决与仲裁、商标授权确权和争议解决、著作权争议解决、不正当竞争纠纷、商业秘密保护及争议解决等领域有多年从业经验。加入道可特之前，路律师曾在铸成律师事务所工作。

除法律专业建设之外，律所的创新发展和管理运营方面也同样至关重要。因此，与路律师一样加入道可特北京办公室的还有宋亨先生，他将出任律所管理运营合伙人。宋亨先生曾在国内某法律科技平台律师中心担任负责人，亦曾任法律服务行业某媒体咨询机构合伙人。在加入道可特之前， 宋亨先生曾在周泰律师事务所担任事业发展总监。

DOCVIT adds four partners in Beijing, Tianjin
DOCVIT Law Firm has added four partners Kim Lu, Song Heng, Nie Jingxiang, Ren Zibing in its Beijing, Tianjin offices recently.
Nie will join DOCVIT's Tianjin office. He has extensive experience in complex civil and commercial dispute resolution and criminal representation, focusing on construction engineering, criminal practice, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining DOCVIT, Nie worked at Jishui Law Firm.
DOCVIT's Tianjin office also welcomes Ren, whose main areas of practice include corporate bankruptcy and reorganisation, corporate risk avoidance and control, disposal of non-performing assets, finance, and civil and commercial litigation and enforcement. Prior to joining DOCVIT, Ren worked in the public security system for many years.
Lu will join DOCVIT's Beijing office, where he has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, including patent litigation, patent invalidation, technology contract disputes, civil and commercial dispute resolution and arbitration, trademark licensing and dispute resolution, copyright dispute resolution, unfair competition disputes, and trade secret protection and dispute resolution. Prior to joining DOCVIT, Lu worked at Chang Tsi & Partners.
In addition to building the legal profession, the innovative development and management of a law firm is also of paramount importance. Therefore, like Lu, Song Heng will also be joining the Beijing office as managing partner. Song was previously head of a lawyer entre at a legal technology platform in China, and a partner at a media consultancy in the legal services industry. Prior to joining DOCVIT, Song was the director of business development at Jotai Law Firm.
