最近几年中，普利斯设计集团参与了徽创集团在安徽阜阳颍上县的三个项目。御水兰庭是我们合作的第一个项目，目前整个大区都已完工入住。另外两个项目江南郡和滨江御府也已经完成了示范区的设计和建造。
Place Design Group is currently engaged in three residential projects being developed by Hui Innovation. All projects are located in Yingshang, Fuyang of Anhui. Waterfront Space, the first cooperative project has been completed and residents have now moved in. The other two projects are Jiangnan County and Riverside Royal Mansion, both have been in the process of full community design after the completion of the display area.
御水兰庭以新古典主义风格为主基调，然而大面积的阳光草坪则让住户处处感受到自然气息。
Though with the neoclassical style as the main tone, Waterfront Space is not scarce of natural feeling thanks to the large-scale sunshine lawn everywhere in the community.
古典主义的轴线感是景观的骨架。整个社区有着鲜明的南北主轴线，主轴线连接起各功能性庭院和楼间道路，充满仪式感。
The axis is the core of classic style landscape. A distinct north-south axis that connects functional courtyards and interbuilding paths is embedded in this project, providing a full of sense of ritual.
建筑和景观都沿着这条中央轴线排列，景观延续建筑风格，打造出规则但简洁明快的古典式庭院。
Landscape fits the architecture style, and they are spread along the central axis, displaying the classical courtyards in formal but simple manner.
轴线的最北面是御水兰庭的主入口。古典对称式布局，打造出大气、典雅的社区“第一印象”。
The northernmost point of the axis is the main entry to Waterfront Space. With classical symmetrical layout, the entrance impresses people by its atmosphere and elegance.
由主入口进入，首先映入眼帘的是古典偏简洁风格的对景墙。在景墙和绿植的掩映下，背后的景观大草坪若隐若现，让人忍不住走进去一探究竟。
Entering from the main entry, the first thing that comes to your attention is the feature wall in a classical and simple style. Under the cover of the feature wall and plantings, the large lawn looms behind, encouraging people to enter and have a look.
移步入园，开阔规则式的阳光大草坪让人眼前一亮。草坪和泳池一起构成了该项目的核心景观群，也是供住户观赏和休憩的主要场所。
When moving into this community, residents will be overwhelmed by a large formal open lawn. The lawn together with the swimming pool, as part of the core landscape group, function as the main venue for residents to view and rest.
高低变化的草阶围绕在草坪周围，让整个草坪空间极具层次感。大草坪的绿色之美让人不自觉地放慢了脚步，享受这属于自然的安逸与闲适。
Lawn steps in varying heights surround the large lawn, creating a very rich landscape space. The green beauty of lawn draws people to slow down, and to enjoy natural comfort and leisure.
周围关键节点上的休憩平台、坐墙等构筑物进一步扩大了休闲区域，极大地丰富了草坪空间。林间小道连接起各小庭院，方便住户到达各处，也使整个社区成为一体。
The surrounding sitting and leisure platform, seat-wall and other structures extend from the lawn, further expanding the leisure area. The courtyards are connected by the paths in woodland, which allows residents to get around and connects the whole community.
若俯瞰该项目，中央轴线上的两个对景亭定会跃入你的视野。这两个凉亭一个在北，一个在南，相互呼应，形成了一个完整的中央轴线。
If you look over this project, two opposite pavilions on the central axis will jump into your view. These two pavilions, one in the north and one in the south, echo each other and form a complete central axis.
由于地势原因，轴线北端的凉亭和草坪之间形成高差。借助于这种高差关系，跌水顺势而生。溅落的水珠产生了层叠的视觉空间效果，丰富了景观层次空间，向空间注入了灵动感。
There is a height difference between the lawn and the pavilion at the north end of axis due to the topography. Such difference helps to create the wall fall landscape. The splashing water droplets produce a layered visual space effect, injecting vitality into the space.
作为轴线上的景观节点，凉亭极具观赏性，且有效地结合了停留空间和通过空间，为路过的行人提供了一处驻足观赏点。
As one of the landscape nodes on the axis, the pavilion, which is quite ornamental, effectively combines the space for staying and the space for passage, providing a stop and rest point for passers-by.
在这个当地较大型的住宅社区中，景观除了带来舒适的体验和观感外，也起到了鼓励住户走出家门，多多运动和交流，享受户外的作用。
In Yingshang, Waterfront Space is a relatively large-scale residential community, so the landscape, while bringing the comfortable experience and attractive views, should also take responsibility for encouraging residents to get out of their apartments, exercising more and communicating more to enjoy the outdoors.
阳光草坪自是一例，而环绕社区的漫步主环道则是辐射全区的主要活力环。行走在漫步道上，一边是大型的中央景观，另一边是精致的入户花园，住户同时饱览两种景观，一步一景，这条每日必经的回家之路也充满新鲜感。
Apart from the lawn, the walkway encircling the community brings vitality to the project as well. On the way home, residents can enjoy the central landscape on one side and exquisite small courtyards on the other side.
位于中央轴线上的度假风格的大型泳池是整个地块的视觉焦点，也是该项目重点打造的参与性景观之一，兼具观赏性与功能性。
On the central axis sits a resort-style swimming pool, both ornamental and functional. It’s the visual focus of the entire community and one of the major participatory landscapes created for the project.
泳池规则式的外观给人以对称、平静的视觉感受，给空间注入一份独有的仪式感。
The pool’s regular shape offers a symmetrical, calm visual experience, creating a unique sense of ritual into the space.
走出家门、近在咫尺间就能享受碧水中的畅泳，这对于住户来说是夏日中最好的消遣。在泳池旁的廊亭和阳光躺椅也为游泳者提供全方位的休憩平台。
Just walking out of the home, residents can enjoy a refreshing swim, undoubtedly a best pastime in the summer. The pavilion and loungers by the pool function as a rest platform for swimmers.
两个全龄儿童活动区域，分别位于社区的东侧和西侧，辐射全区，以均衡社区不同位置的使用需求。
Two all-age children’s playgrounds, located on the east and west sides respectively, satisfy residents’ needs in such a large community.
这是一个让人感到放松、舒适和愉悦的住宅社区。它并不惊艳，更不会喧宾夺主；但它却切实的鼓励住户拥有它、使用它、感受它——家的感觉。
Waterfront Space is a residential community that can provide a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable living experience. It may not catch your eyes at first sight, but it truthfully translates a homely living space.
