为生长聚能,浸润教育的力量 | 中山保利天珺

保利天珺位于石岐东区新区,城市主干道周边,交通便利,连接着城市东西,且项目毗邻国际学校,这片土地本身就自带丰富的教育资源,因此设计师在思考场地的空间表达时,希望它不只是一个生活的空间,而是一个关乎陪伴、教育以及生长的场所,希望它为父母与子女带来的是一个专属的家庭空间、一个学习成长的空间。

Poly Tianjun is located in the new district of Shiqi East District, around the main road of the city, with convenient transportation, connecting the east and the west of the city, and the project is adjacent to the international school. This land itself has rich educational resources, so when the designer thinks about the spatial expression of the site , I hope that it is not just a living space, but a place related to companionship, education and growth. I hope that it will bring parents and children an exclusive family space and a place for learning and growth.


项目区位


生长,是人生中一个漫长且持续的概念。如何将生长的概念置于空间之中,这是设计师一直在思考的。不想仅仅停留于概念之上,而是落于实处,落于空间的每一处细节,将陪伴、教育与成长贯穿成一个个动态的场景,打破传统的呆板格局,营造万物生长、与珺同盛的社区氛围。

Growth is a long and continuous concept in life. How to put the concept of growth in the space is what the designer has been thinking about. I don’t want to stay only on the concept, but on the reality, on every detail of the space, and permeate companionship, education and growth into dynamic scenes, breaking the traditional rigid pattern, and creating everything that grows and is in harmony with Jun. Sheng community atmosphere.



景观设计通过打造四个不同的生长区域,营造不同的生长情境,让社区成为校园生活的延伸、成为孩子教育生长的空间。同时也充分考虑父母品质空间的打造,将丰富的功能配套与大尺度的园林空间浓缩至展示区,赋予场地更丰富的生命形态与艺术氛围。

The landscape design creates four different growth areas and different growth situations, making the community an extension of campus life and a space for children's education and growth. At the same time, it also fully considers the creation of parental quality space, condensing the rich functional facilities and large-scale garden space into the exhibition area, giving the site a richer life form and artistic atmosphere.


 重新定义书院空间



入口空间以书卷为灵感,采用对称式布局手法,沿街展开,营造灵动与活跃的空间气息,打破了原有书院的呆板格局,形成独特而极具趣味性的形象展示面。

The entrance space is inspired by scrolls and adopts a symmetrical layout technique, spreading along the street, creating a flexible and active atmosphere of space, breaking the rigid pattern of the original academy, and forming a unique and interesting image display surface.



院内起伏的光影林院,成为小孩子自由嬉戏的活动空间,奔跑、追逐的场景在此处上演。无界的绿色草地婉转起伏,错落的植物空间为孩子开启与自然的亲密对话。

The undulating light and shadow forest courtyard in the courtyard has become an activity space for children to play freely, and scenes of running and chasing are staged here. The unbounded green grass tactfully undulates, and the scattered plant spaces open up an intimate dialogue with nature for children.



半透明的曲线玻璃砖墙将外界的嘈杂隔断,又将院内孩子奔跑的身影、植物的光影变幻映射到景墙之上,形成灵动且极具艺术氛围的形象展示,吸引外界的目光。

The semi-transparent curved glass brick wall cuts off the noise from the outside world, and maps the running figures of the children in the courtyard and the light and shadow changes of the plants onto the scenery wall, forming a smart and artistic image display that attracts the attention of the outside world.




在这个注重自我思考与表达的时代,较为厚重的空间表达手法容易忽视人内心的探索,而更注重环境氛围的营造。此次水院空间景观希望借助建筑简约空灵的表现手法,引导人们注重内心的探寻。

In this era of focusing on self-thinking and expression, the thicker spatial expression methods tend to ignore the exploration of people's hearts and pay more attention to the creation of environmental atmosphere. This time, the water courtyard space landscape hopes to use the simple and ethereal expression of the building to guide people to focus on inner exploration.



简洁通透的建筑立面倒影于纯洁无界的水面之上,没有繁杂的空间装饰,只有细小的生活痕迹,一步步引导着人们向内寻找理想生活的方向。

The simple and transparent building facade is reflected on the pure and unbounded water surface. There is no complicated space decoration, only small traces of life, which guides people inward to find the direction of ideal life step by step.



空间同样注重氛围的营造,从围合到开放,从沉思到豁然开朗,用简单的语言创造着丰富的叙事节奏,无论是活跃的跳泉,还是缓缓散开的涟漪,都将空间与思绪推至高潮。

The space also pays attention to the creation of atmosphere, from enclosed to open, from contemplation to sudden enlightenment, using simple language to create a rich narrative rhythm, whether it is an active spring or a slowly spreading ripple, it will bring space and thoughts Push to climax.




为了切实的将生长空间的氛围落到实处,景观引入“四点半学堂”的概念,在展示区内打造为孩子量身定制的共享学习空间,让放学后的孩子可以在此交流学习,也充分地解决了家长的顾虑。

从镜面水景拾阶而下到达静谧的公共庭院空间,光影疏朗、绿意围合,孩子们尽情地奔跑在青草地,缓缓跌落的菱形水景为孩子们营造着静谧的学习氛围,活力舞台则为每个孩子提供展现的舞台,让他们成为人群中闪亮的焦点。

Stepping down from the mirrored waterscape to the quiet public courtyard space, the light and shadow are sparsely surrounded by greenery, and the children run freely on the green grass. The slowly falling diamond-shaped waterscape creates a quiet learning atmosphere for the children, while the active stage is Provide a stage for each child to show, let them become the shining focus in the crowd.



同时庭院空间还有无限可能,可以开展各种户外课程,让孩子和家长在互动中学习,与自然亲密接触,一起感受大自然的神奇。

转身穿过漫长的廊道便来到后场体验区空间,这里是学习的天地、自然的课堂。空间预演着大区的教育场景,强调场地的参与性与教育性,让未来的业态和人的活动能产生积极的互动。

The space previews the educational scene of the large area, emphasizing the participatory and educational nature of the venue, so that future business formats and human activities can have a positive interaction.



梦想的剧场以图书馆为原型,打造树屋图书馆,为孩子提供教育科普及触觉认知,寓教于乐,在自然中感知生命的变化与力量。图书馆中收集着各种植物的种子,科普墙也以互动的形式吸引着孩子前来探寻生命的美好。

The dream theater uses the library as the prototype to build a tree house library to provide children with educational subjects to popularize tactile cognition, entertaining and having fun, and perceive the changes and power of life in nature. The library collects the seeds of various plants, and the popular science wall also attracts children to explore the beauty of life in an interactive form.




对于书院空间的打造从来不只是氛围的堆砌,对于孩子成长的关怀也不应只是浮于表面。

The triple courtyard space of Chunsheng Space with growth as the theme breaks the rigid pattern of the original three-entry courtyard of the academy, and only uses a curved bridge to connect the courtyard landscape, guiding people to gradually and naturally complete the space conversion.



保利天珺以切实的未来式教育理念,为孩子打造一个生长的空间,它是自然的、活力的、启发的,也是陪伴的、互动的。社区作为家庭教育的载体,正如孕育种子成长的优质土壤,整个大区旨在打造沉浸式、有亲和力、可参与性的剧场化社区场景,让社区营造与家庭教育共生,让孩子与家长可以在此自由地生长与生活。
