2019年8月17日（星期六），第六届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国筹备会，在评委主席邢同和老师的带领下圆满召开。
August 17, 2019, the Preparatory Meeting of 6th CREDAWARD Real Estate & Design Award was successfully held under the leadership of Mr. Xing Tonghe, the chairman of the judges.
The conference was divided into four sessions and was hosted by Ms. Amy Zhong, the Director of CREDAWARD organizing committee.
大奖情况 About the 5th CREDAWARD
第5届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国邀请到323家公司参与申报项目1117份。最终，入围公司198家，425份作品。经过演讲后，产生：地产项目10金10银，设计专项10金10银。
There were 323 companies with 1117 excellent projects participating in the 5th CREDAWARD.
Finally, only 198 companies with 425 excellent projects were shortlisted.
After the presentation, the judges finally selected 10 gold and 10 silver awards from the real estate projects and 10 gold and 10 silver awards from the specialized design projects.

2019年4月27日，地产届&设计届的精英代表实际到场879位。
On April 27, 2019, 879 representatives of the whole real estate and design elites were actually present.
While the organizing committee of DJSER received a lot of praise from the industry, we also received the harshest "criticism" from the judges.
From May 6 to 17, 2019, we conducted a two -week investigation. We contacted 408 participants and received the sincerest suggestions.

CREDAWARD was jointly created by the judges since 2014. The judges are not for fame or fortune, all the judges insist on the initial intention: to select the design from the perspective of real estate, and hope to help the development of the real estate design.
Judges who have been committed to 5 years contains Xing Tonghe, Chen Jianbang, Chen Dongliang, Hu Shuzhi, Feng Tengfei, Guo Yonghai, Chang Yu, Jia Zhaohui, Ju Peicheng, Qian Yi, Shou Dong, Yin Jie.
The 6th CREDAWARD New Judge Invitation
The judges decided that the 6th award will continue to invite new judges. However, the invitation access mechanism and standards will not be reduced.
About whether to increase the program project
The judges' meeting decided not to increase the program this year.
Reason: CREDAWARD insist on selecting the design from the perspective of real estate & design. The consideration of the real estate perspective is: the project's implement ability and the degree of restoration of the project. The uncertainty of the pure program project is contrary to the original intention of the award.
About Planning and Urban Design Project
The judges’ opinion: Planning/urban design is a very important part of the project (except for the land acquisition plan).
We can try to release the application, but the project needs to meet the following conditions: It needs to have a certain built part; the project type cannot be a single function type (except community planning).
The judges will further discuss and study the concrete way.
About the Same-name Award in the Industry
The judges’ opinion: We cannot forget the initial intention; we should face the industry with an open and inclusive attitude. At the same time, look for the root cause of the problem and actively solve it.

针对近期行业提出问题，地建师给与以下回复： In response to the recent problems raised by the industry, DJSER gives the following replies.
Q：哪些评委受邀出席大奖筹备会？ A：每年评委筹备会，都是面向全体评委发出通知，评委根据个人时间安排参与。
Q：我们申报项目，能确保我们入围吗？我们可以交赞助费或者多申报一些项目，确保我们入围？ A：不能。CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国成立初衷，就是希望非常客观的选拔行业标杆项目，推动地产设计发展。
Q：您们收到申报文件，会协助审核吗？审核会额外收服务费吗？ A：我们负责收集奖项申报文件的小狮子，都已经在奖项团队服务3年以上的。我们会对每一份提交上来的资料认真审核，因为在希望被评委团审核入围这件事上，我们和每一家申报公司是站在一起的。所以，我们当然不会再收取额外费用啊。
Q：看到4月大奖结束后，6月还会组织金奖项目分享——地建师大会？我们是否可以参加？ A：大奖评选的初衷是发现优秀的地产设计项目，给行业作为学习对象。在大奖第3年之际，评委团就提出：组织有深度的行业分享，这将更有价值。所以，对于奖项申报公司，每年的地建师大会都有免费听课名额。
Q：除了奖项，看到还有共享荟，共享荟是什么？如何参加共享荟？ A：CREDesign共享荟，是由地建师发起。每年，4月大奖、6月地建师大会都是近千人的行业盛会。所以，我们更希望组织30人左右的精品沙龙，让每一位参会嘉宾更深入的交流和学习。 共享荟的形式有：设计理念分享、专题沙龙分享、项目踩盘交流、休闲度假考察等不同形式。地点也陆续分布在：上海、杭州、南京、九华山、广州、深圳、北京、重庆等地。 Q：CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国，是否考虑过将奖项名称改成类似“国际地产设计大奖"? A：不曾考虑。中国的，就是世界的！ Q: Which judges are invited to Preparatory Meeting of CREDAWARD?
A: Every year, the meeting is notified to all the judges and they will participate according to their personal schedule.
Q: Can the committee ensure that the project shortlisted when we enter CREDAWARD? Can we pay sponsorship fees or declare more projects to make sure we are shortlisted?
A: No. The initial intention of CREDAWARD is to objectively select excellent projects in the industry and promote the development of real estate design.
Q:Will you assist in checking the projects information received? Is there an additional service fee?
A: We won't have other extra expenses.
Q: After the end of CREDAWARD in April, I find that you will organize the gold projects speech in June – DJSER Congress. Can we join in?
A: Yes. The intention of the award is to discover excellent real estate design projects and give the learning opportunity to the industry. Therefore, for award-participating companies will have free entrance tickets in the annual DJSER congress.
Q: What’s CREDesign salon? How can we participate in the activity?
A: CREDesign salon is originated by DJSER.com. We hope to organize a salon with about 30 people, so that every participant can have more in-depth communication and learning opportunities.
The forms including design concept sharing, project speech and visit, etc.
Locations: Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Jiuhuashan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chongqing and other cities.
Q: Has CREDAWARD considered to change the award name to another one like "International Real Estate & Design Award" ?
A: Never. Which is China's is international.
