China Real Estate & Design Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER in 2014, as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. The award invites the influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers as the Judging Panel. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits, spread and commend cutting-edge design concepts for outstanding projects. It aims to lead the future urban development, and promote sustainable social development!
大奖历经多年，因其高质量的评委阵容、严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，迅速成长为中国具有影响力和号召力的国际性大奖，甚至被誉为“最难获得的大奖”之一。
Over the years,CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 14 countries and regions with 4,276 outstanding projects to participate in the award. There are total 85 Gold Award Winners. CREDAWARD has developed into an influential international award in China because of the authoritative judges, strict judging process. It is also praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards.
第六届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国，收到457家机构申报的1616份作品，最终产生442个优秀奖项目。其中，居住项目、公建项目、景观设计、室内设计分别产生10金10银；规划设计1金、照明设计1金1银。参赛公司及作品分别来自：中国、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚、泰国、新加坡、德国、法国、荷兰、加拿大、墨西哥、哈萨克斯坦等。
The 6th CREDAWARD held by DJSER has received 1,616 works from 457 companies. there will be 442 Merit Award Winners. Among them, residential projects, public building, landscape design, and interior design will have 10 gold and 10 silver award winners; lighting design 1 gold and 1 silver.Participating companies and works are from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Kazakhstan, etc.
