PART 02

参赛流程

Process

CREDAWARD will adopt an international review procedure: submit the application → preliminary review → public announcement of shortlisted works → public announcement of shortlisted projects presentation → shortlisted projects presentation → final review → public announcement of gold & silver awards

可申报类别

Categories

* 一切具有住宅前期销售功能的建筑/空间都应申报至“居住项目—销售展示中心”类别下，如跨类别申报，对项目评审可能产生的风险，需自行承担。

Any architecture or space with residential pre-sale function shall be applied in the category 'Residential Project-Sales Center'. If the application is made in different categories, the applicant shall bear the risk of project review.

PART 04

参赛费用

Fees

Entry fee: RMB 2,800 each entry

Finalist participation fee (pay only after the shortlists): RMB 6,800/project

Rights: 

Include 2 participations in the annual ceremony;

The shortlists will be published in the award album;

Get 1 album free of charge;

The award-winning project can get 1 trophy and 1 medals;

Short-listed projects can get 1 official website promotion opportunity.

PART 05

申报材料准备

Application Materials

* 资料提交均为奖项官网在线上传提交。

The applications will be submitted online (www.credaward.com). 

资料提交需涵盖:

1. 项目基本信息：项目说明（中英文）、项目地点、用地面积、项目规模（总建筑面积）、容积率、绿化率、开工时间、竣工时间、设计周期等；

2. 项目图纸：总平面图、主要单体平面图、立面图、剖面图、流线图、户型详图等（根据项目特征，自行选择提交图纸内容）；

3. 实景照片：所有申报项目均需提交实景照片，不少于15张;

4. 项目团队：开发企业核心团队成员（姓名、职务、简历、近照）；设计单位核心团队成员（主创设计师及其团队成员姓名、职务、简历、近照）；

5. 项目亮点：根据评价标准结合项目自身情况，进行整理提交。（建议方向：地产角度、设计角度、用户角度、可持续性考虑；项目创新理念、新技术、新材料选择应用等。）

The submitted information shall include:

1. Project Basic Information: Project Concept Description: Project Location, site area, project scale (overall floorage), plot ratio, greening rate, time of commencement, time of completion, design cycle etc.

2. Project drawings: site plan, main monomer floor plan, elevation drawing, section drawing, flow chart, detailed house type drawing etc. (Choose the drawing contents to submit according to the characteristics of the project by yourself).

3. Real photos (the real photos must be provided for all the completed projects and no less than 15).

4.‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Project Team: Members of the core team of the development enterprise (names, positions, resumes, recent photos

Members of the core team of the design unit (names, positions, resumes and recent photos of the chief designer and his/her team)

5. Project Highlights: arrange and submit the materials according to the evaluation criterion combining the project conditions. (Suggested directions: real estate perspective, design perspective, customer perspective, sustainability considerations; project innovation concepts, new technologies, new materials selection and application.)

Evaluation Criteria

「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」遵循大奖的基本评价标准：坚持建筑审美、环境优先、客户体验、兼顾经济效益。

评价考量范围参考依据：

◆项目设计更具有积极的创新性、原创性、文化传承的体现；

◆项目雅俗共赏、对行业审美趋势具有引领作用；

◆项目功能合理，具有时代性及独特性特征；

◆项目水准对城市及周边环境提升产生积极作用；

◆项目对行业可持续发展起到引领作用；

◆项目在当下甚至将来都具有一定的学习典范作用；

◆项目设计品质与成本兼顾，对产品价值提升产生积极影响。

Meanwhile, the jury also emphasis on project evaluation criteria:

◆The project should be more positively innovative, original and cultural;

◆The project should be of a certain era and has prominent landmark features;

◆The project should be important positive impact of the project on the surrounding/local society;

◆The project has a profound effect on the sustainable development of society;

◆The project has a certain role model for learning now and even in the future.
