外贸开发信的编写是每一个外贸人必备的专业技能,高回复率的开发信究竟有什么神奇之处呢?


首先,开发信成功的第一步就是拥有优秀的标题;其次,一封吸引客户的开发信,内容必定是简洁扼要、语法正确、表达清晰的尽可能少用主动语态、避免重复词语、正式商业化的口吻,行文流畅凝练,并且重点明确。

首封开发信


首封邮件是给客户的first impression,第一印象是非常重要的。首封邮件的关键在于突出优势,信息量足,抓住客户痛点。例:

Dear XX:

(Dear + 客户名称,不要用client, friend这种一看就是群发的词)


I am XX from XX furniture, manufacture of in door and outdoor furniture for more than 10 year.

(第一段:简单的做自我介绍,措辞简单)


Europe is our main maket. All of our products own CE certificate, which meet the EU standard. We provide furnitures mainly to Germany and UK market. Giant tiger is one of our client.

(第二段:这段主要在展示产品质量好,但是整段没有用high quality, good quality这种华而不实的词语。而是通过市场,证书,大客户的展示来佐证质量好这一优势。)


As learned that you are a retailer in UK market, mainly selling ZY sofas. Here you can find our SA series sofa models as attached, which are similar stye to your ZY sofas. There maybe Chances that we can build a first cooperation with some sofa trial orders.

(第三段:客户痛点挖掘,做针对性推荐。首句点明,我们对客户是做过调查后才写这封邮件的,而不是在不了解客户情况下撒网式发送这封开发信的。在知道客户需求的情况下推荐对应的产品,这一段是引发客户take action的关键。)
