专访 || 当与上师疏远时如何再恢复链接感

Could this generation become overly dependent on digital media in terms of buddhas practice? Is it sufficient to receive direct instructions or empowerment from a lama over the internet ?


从佛法修行的观点来说,当代人是否对数字媒体过于依赖?通过网络得受上师口传与灌顶是否如法?

Sometimes we can feel disconnected from buddhism or from our dharma teachers. What sort of practice should be done in order to bring about a sense of reconnection ?


有时候我们会感觉到与佛法或是上师疏远了,要想再恢复连接感可以做何种修持?

What does it mean to take refuge ?

皈依意味着什么?

总得来说,这取决于修持者自心的状态。

举例来说,如果你内心本身就非常负面,有很多限制性的负面思维、想法、念头、很多情绪,那么在身体距离上,你可能要与上师比较靠近,才能缩小与上师之间的距离感。


另一方面,如果心中很积极,并且能够养护好这种积极的心态。

那么,假如这种积极的心态,具足因缘与条件能够恒常保持对上师的信心及渴望的话,即使身体的距离与上师可能很远,但是仍然能够感觉到与上师是很亲近的。


所以在这里最重要的是什么呢?

重要的是培养积极的心态,建立保任信心的因缘与条件。

我们需要积聚因缘与资粮, 为心中拥有良好的状态发展出积极的心态,培养良好的品质,并且要在自心中建立积极心智模式的能力。


在这方面的提升是非常重要的,尤其是当我们思维上师心中所具备的爱与慈悲时,我们训练自己,在自心中也发展出这种爱与慈悲的品质是很重要的。


并且,我们要把修持尽力放在增长爱与慈悲上。那么,我们将会发展出与上师相似的品质,当我们如此做时,这时就是我们所说的,上师与弟子的心合一无分别。


这里也就是说,弟子透过培养上师具备的品质而调伏自心,并且相似的品质在自心中开显。


当弟子自心中也培养并具备了上师所具备的品质,这时我们就可以说上师的加持入心了。


因此,上师加持入心并不是说上师的心转移到自己这里。相反的,是我们培养了与上师相似的功德特质,因此,这就是当我们说,与上师之心交融相汇的意思。


这并不是说,我们能够把上师的心拿过来移植到自己心中。它的意思是在自心中发展出与上师相似的品质。 我认为这是重点。


Generally , this depends upon how individual dharma practitioners are think depends upon there own state of mind. For example, if in your own mind, you have a lot of negative mind states, there is things of not can do, a lot of thoughts, a lot of afflictions in your mind, then you might be physically close to the lama, you will feel as fewer disctance from the lama.


On the other hand , if in your mind you have many positive mind states, the sate of your mind that can do safe, then if you have this phsycolosis of positive and conditions of the faith alonging for the lama, then you might be far away from the lama, but it is still possible that you will be able to feel as you are very close.


So what is most important is the individually on our own minds cultivate the postive and can do safe the mind states, we need to gather all these causes and conditions, in these way develop the positive for the good energy in our mind, and develop the good qualities and develop the capacities, for positive capactity in our mind.


it is important that we increase these. especially, when we think about the love and compassion that is within the lama’s mind, and it is important that we train and developing such love and compassion in ourselves, and we do as much practice as we can increase the love and compassion.


Then we become the similar , we develop the similar quality towards the lama has. So When we do that, that is what we say, the lamas mind and the student minds has made inseperable. what the mean is that the student develop the quality that are conqueralble to develop the quality that within the lamas mind.


So that what means when we say with the lamas, when we say we want mix our minds with the lama’s.

It dosen’t means we can take the lama’s mind of lama’s heart and transplant it into our selves instead, it means we develp ourselves quality. So this is I think a very important point.

当我们说去皈依。 

皈依是好像是说有某个人可以帮助我们,一个依靠的人。

比如,当还是小孩时,小孩子可以依托父母,需要父母的照顾,感到被保护与安全。

所以皈依意味着信任,我们有某个人信心,可以将自己交托于信任的人。


其次,第一个字,英文的意思是“去”,为了皈依而“前往”,因此我们去皈依。


这里并不是说我们可以寄希望于某个人,这里的意思真正重要的是,就好像当你说你要去,好比你走在某个地方。

这言下之意就是,我们正朝着自己所依止的「状态」前进。这个状态是我们所依止的源头,我们「真实的自己」-「佛性」。


因此我们皈依于佛陀, 为了能够从佛陀处得到究竟的救护,那么我们自己就要证得佛性,也就是佛陀的果位。

如果我们让自己真正的迈入证得佛果的道路,那么我们将得到真实的救护。


当我们说皈依时,这里并不是所为了寻求帮助而皈依。这其实是为了证得佛性而去皈依。


当我们说皈依时,有「外皈依」、「内皈依」。「外皈依」是指佛、法、僧,让我们所皈依的佛法僧的功德品质在自心也能够中展开,如此的外皈依是我们真正可以交付且依托的。


但是要让自己得到最究竟和完全的护佑,我们是否能得到如此的救护,这取决于我们做了什么,取决于自己是否如法修行,是否能将佛法僧具备的功德品质在自心中开显出来。


当我们依此而行进行修持,自心有了真正的进步,也只有从这个方面着手,我们才能够说自己得到了真实和完整的救护。


所以,当我们去皈依时,重要的是要了解,所皈依的并非是外皈依,同时我们也皈依于内皈依,皈依于自己本自具足的品质。所以从这方面了解皈依是非常重要的。


When we say going for refuge. Refuge is like means someone can individually place our help, someone we can approach. So like, when you are a small child, you can approach your parents for a sense of carety for protection security, so someone we can believe in , someone we can approach and believe in.


And second, for the first word in english is ‘going’, ‘going’for refuge, so we go for refuge, this is not just someone we can place our hope, but that actully there is a meaning there is really important, and that is like you are talking about going, that is like walking in some place, so it is a sense of actully we are progressing towards the level to achive in the state in those the source of refuge to oursleves.


So we go for the refuge towards the Buddha, then in order to be able to achieve the ultimate protection from the buddha we are selves. need to be able to go towards that state of buddhahood. If we actualy move oursleve towards that state of buddahood, then we be able to recieve the actul protection.


So when we talk about going for refuge, it is not just asking a helping for this refuge. It is actully going for a refuge for ourselves.


When we talk about going for refuge, there is outer refuge, and there is inner refuge.


The outer refuge is talk about the buddha and dharma and sanga, these the quality of the buddha. dhama and sanga that other individual has develop within themselves these are what we approach that which I do rely upon.


But in order to give ourselves the ultimate the total protection, wether we are able to do that depends upon our selves and what we can on ourselves, and depends upon compliance, and depends upon our own practice, and developing the qualities of scripture and realization within ourselves.


When we do that point, and actully make that progress and only at that point, we will be able to say we actully have complete and total protection for ourselves.

So it’s important when we go refuge. we go for refuge is not just for the outer source for refuge, but we also take refuge for taking the inner refuge, refuge in our own quality and capabilities.


So it is important to go for refuge in that way.
