《理论语言学五道口站》（2020年第47期，总第111期）与大家分享意大利帕维亚高等研究院语言学教授、北京语言大学语言学系国际教授委员会成员Andrea Moro与纽约大学心理学和神经科学教授，马克斯-普朗克经验美学研究所神经科学系主任 David Poeppel 于2020年9月10日做客 “Linguistics Flash-Mobs” 系列会议就 “Language in the brain”（大脑中的语言）一题展开讨论的线上视频，此次会议由米兰-比科卡大学心理学教授Maria Teresa Guasti主持。

Linguistics Flash-Mobs

系列视频会议

在当前的特殊时期下，我们特推出“Linguistics Flash-Mobs” 系列视频会议，以期保持语言学社区的紧密联系。接下来的会议中，两位著名学者将使用不同的框架对学界长期存在的理论问题进行一场场妙趣横生的“论战”！

此次线上活动由Cecilia Poletto主办，C. Gianollo, A. Giorgi, C. Guardiano, M. T. Guasti, M. R. Manzini, E. Pagliarini, E. Sanfelici, A. Tomaselli协办。

"Linguistics Flash - Mobs" is a series of video conferences thought to be a way to keep the linguistic community connected during this troublesome period. In each conference, two seminal scholars will face long-standing theoretical issues making use of different frameworks: fun is guaranteed with these "sword fights"!

This project has been thought and organised by Cecilia Poletto, with the help of C. Gianollo, A. Giorgi, C. Guardiano, M. T. Guasti, M. R. Manzini, E. Pagliarini, E. Sanfelici, A. Tomaselli.

主要参会者简介

Andrea Moro

Andrea Moro，意大利帕维亚高等研究院语言学教授，NeTS的创始人和前任主任，北京语言大学语言学系国际教授委员会成员。Moro教授的主要研究领域是句法学和神经语言学。他的主要贡献包括：倒装判断句、动态反对称原则、“可能语言”与“不可能语言”神经生物学相关性。

Andrea Moro is a Professor of general linguistics at the Institute for Advanced Study IUSS Pavia, a founder and former director of NeTS and member of the International Professors' Committee of Department of Linguistics at BLCU. His main fields of research are syntax and neurolinguistics. Among his contributions are the discovery of inverse copular sentences, the principle of dynamic antisymmetry and the neurobiological correlation of "possible" vs. "impossible languages".

David Poeppel

David Poeppel，纽约大学心理学和神经科学教授，马克斯-普朗克经验美学研究所神经科学系主任。他的主要研究领域包括言语感知和语言理解的大脑基础，听觉认知和音乐，多感官知觉，认知神经科学及其基础等。

David Poeppel is a Professor of Psychology and Neural Science at New York University, and a Director of the Department of Neuroscience at the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics. His main research areas includes brain basis of speech perception and language comprehension, auditory cognition and music, multisensory perception, cognitive neuroscience and its foundations, etc.

Maria Teresa Guasti

Maria Teresa Guasti，米兰-比科卡大学心理学教授，主要研究不同儿童群体的语言习得(单语习得、双语习得、患有特定型语言障碍以及人工耳蜗植入儿童)。 

Maria Teresa Guasti is a Professor of Psychology at the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. She studies language acquisition in different population of children (Monolingual, bilingual, children with specific language impairment, children with cochlear implant).

大脑中的语言

此次会议主要围绕三个问题展开：

一、语言的等级结构是否与大脑的功能或解剖组织有关？

二、不同技术能告知我们关于语言处理过程和结构的什么信息?

三、未来10年最大的挑战是什么? 语言学和神经科学将如何解决这个问题？

A. Is the hierarchical structure of language linked to the functional or anatomical organization of the brain?

B. What can different techniques tell us about language processes and structures?

C. Which is the biggest challenge for the next 10 years and how can linguistics and neuroscience contribute to its resolution?
