项目位于广州市天河区黄埔大道东，拥有开阔的江景视野和便利的交通。珠光·金融城壹号作为珠光“壹号系”标杆作品，项目建面约53万㎡，将是广州国际金融城内最大的滨江综合体。而首开5,000平方米的展示花园也将代表最具特色的景观。

The project is located in the east of Huangpu Avenue, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, with a wide river view and convenient transportation. As a benchmark work of "No.1 Department", No.1 project covers of about 530,000 m², which will be the largest riverside complex in Guangzhou International Financial City. The first 5,000-square-meter display garden will also represent the future characteristic landscape of the community.

随着一线揽江奢品、双子塔甲级写字楼、酒店式公馆、天际会所、街区式特色商业、滨江生态公园等全球六大塔尖业态逐步落地。安博戴水道应邀为项目定制设计一个豪华的酒店式的首开展示区花园，旨在为客户营造充满期待的未来社区。

With the gradual landing of the world, such as luxury products, Gemini Tower Grade A office building, hotel mansion, Tianji club, block-style features commercial and Binjiang Ecological Park. Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl was invited to custom-design a luxurious hotel-style first-opening exhibition are agarden for the project, aiming to create a prospective future courtyard for its customers.

PROJECT THINKING 项目思考

那么，我们是如何在5000平方米的公共花园中创造出这样一个景观的场景的呢？

So how did we create a scene of such a landscape in a 5,000 m2 public garden?

设计强调人工的秩序和自然无序的对比与和谐。花园里展示了多种形式的水景，镜面水，朦胧水雾，水景涟漪；植物设计，常绿植物与开花植物混合，修剪整齐的树篱与特色的盆景相应成趣。建筑入口处的定制水景成为独特的标识，以修剪整齐的树篱替换部分花境，以减少人为养护和必要的更换花卉，在某种程度上强化了设计的可识别性。

We played up the contrast between artificial and natural, stylized and wild. Sculptural gardens that showcase planting and water in different forms from mirror surfaces, mist, rippling patterns of water, flowering mixes, pruned hedges, "tortured" trees. Romantic plantings – with minimal flowers to minimise necessity of replacements – are set against manicured hedges were places among custom-designed water features that will also feature as entrance markers to the various residential towers within the future establishment.

PROJECT CONCEPT  概念推演

本次设计设计灵感来自花卉的自然之美，广州有“花城”的美誉，设计从花容之雅、花语之意、花形之美、花繁之景四个层面展开。

The whole design of this project was inspired by the natural beauty of flowers, that reinforces Guangzhou’s moniker of Flower City. 

在被修剪整齐的种植中引入自然主义花境和生物多样性种植，景观元素从这种缤纷的自然形式分层中提炼出来。在光与影的交织中，林木阴翳重新赋予金属和石材舞动的灵魂。

With the introduction of naturalistic and biodiverse planting in a typically manicured environment, landscape elements are distilled from this natural form layered in a rich tapestry of spaces. Different tones of metal and stone are complemented by planting and the dancing shadows filtering through sculptural trees.

展示区分为水光花影，翠山花行，花舞欲然三个主要花园，为观众提供三种不同的体验。

Divided into 3 main gardens, the showcase area was designed to provide audiences with three different experiences: Quiet Reflection, Exciting Forms and Colourful Infusion.

3个主要花园: 水光花影,翠山花行,花舞欲然

水光花影：景观流线从外部庭院“水光花影”开始

直线流淌的水景发出安静的咕噜声，伴随着雕塑般的乌桕微风掠过树梢时的沙沙声营造出一个静谧的空间。光滑的黑色花岗岩分明的棱角掩映在柔软的圆形树篱之间，环绕其外的则是更加浪漫柔和的花境。

Starting from the outer courtyard – dubbed Quiet Reflection – it is a tranquil space where the quiet gurgling of the rectilinear water features is accompanied by the rustling of sculptural Sapium sebiferum. The angular edges of sleek black granite are softened by manicured rounded hedges, which in turn ring romantic soft floral arrangements.

翠山花行：逐渐步入花园，迷宫般的“翠山花行”

呈现在眼前 ，低矮花坛上的几何形树篱在挺立的铁冬青映衬下形态更加鲜明。当黄昏降临时，渐变的玻璃雕塑犹如灯笼一样亮起，树篱钻石般的形状被凸显得更加立体。

Moving deeper into the garden, one encounters the maze-like Exciting Forms, a play of geometric hedges in low flowering beds and accentuated by strong Ilex rotunda. The diamond-forms are reinforced by glass sculptures in gradated colours which light up like lanterns in the landscape when dusk falls.

花舞欲然：在样板房的入口处，我们接着步入第三个花园“花舞欲然”,

映入眼帘的是热情洋溢的丰富色彩。购房者可以在此预览未来花园中将呈现的自然景观。

At the entrance to the show flats, we then enter the third garden with Colourful Infusion, welcoming visitors in a profusion of colours. The organic shapes are a preview of the intimate spaces that home-buyers can expect in their future garden.

绿篱仿佛云朵般在乌桕之间流动，错落有致的鸡蛋花树连起了主要的视觉轴线。无论是硬质景观还是软质景观中的流动形态，在夜幕下都会被种植中的温暖色调和水中闪烁的LED灯被精致地突出显示出来。

Cloud hedges are anchored by flowing Sapium sebiferum while structural Plumeria rubra mark key visual axes. The fluid shapes in both hard and softscape are exquisitely highlighted at night by warm accents in the planting and twinkling LEDs in the water.

尽管自然景观和古典景观各自有着鲜明的特点，本次设计安博和珠光集团还是成功地将对比鲜明的景观元素和谐的融为一体，互相衬托，相得益彰。

Despite the known differences between human and nature, Ramboll and Zhugang Group have managed to infuse contrasting elements to work in harmony and has proven to flourish and thrive alongside each other through this collaboration.
