Marketing Specialist /Alchemy Pay  

岗位职责

1. Responsible for independent daily market cooperation, planning activities according to the project situation, and responsible for implementation;

2. Responsible for planning and organizing the implementation of online and offline activities, sorting out the activity data;

3. Responsible for exploring and negotiating market partners and maintaining partnership;

4. Responsible for the design and writing of various market brand publicity planning schemes and promotion documents, followed up and monitored activity data and effects;

5. Responsible for communication between domestic and foreign media, follow up and monitor the effect of media communication.

岗位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Experience in blockchain industry is preferred;

3. Have good communication skills and logical thinking, active thinking and strong insight;

4. Have working experience in market operation (1 year or more), with planning and implementation of complete cooperation cases is preferred;

5.Experience in blockchain media is preferred.

Legal Counsel/Alchemy Pay 

岗位职责

1.Support overseas web3 payment business, review and draft relevant English agreements, update agreement templates, coordinate with business departments to communicate with project parties;

2.Drafting and updating of legal provisions and other personnel and other related agreements;

3.Conduct overseas business compliance research or other legal research;

4.Assist overseas companies in setting up, changing and other related corporate governance matters;

5.Docking with overseas and domestic intermediaries or law firms;

6.Complete other legal work assigned by the leader.

岗位要求

1.1-3 years of foreign legal work experience (web3 payment /fintech industry experience is preferred);

2. Good command of English; Bachelor degree or above in law;

3.Strong learning ability and work autonomy;

4.Good communication and execution skills.

Payments Product Manager/Alchemy Pay 

岗位职责

1. Independently responsible for the product planning and implementation of the cross-border payment product line, productized the payment capabilities of various regions, solved the pain points of merchants, and met the needs of merchants in payment scenarios;

2. Responsible for following up the entire life cycle of the product, evaluating the business demands of customers and businesses, pushing the implementation of the technical team inward, and effectively promoting the collaboration of cross-departmental teams and the implementation of matters;

3, based on business data, business feedback, research results and other means, issue product improvement plans, and constantly improve the key transformation indicators and usability of products;

4. Regularly analyze the user characteristics of the target country market and track the industry trends, so as to drive the innovation and iteration of products and enhance the commercial competitiveness of products.

岗位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of Internet product experience, familiar with various business scenarios and business demands, overseas application experience is preferred;

Risk control manager/Alchemy Pay 

岗位职责

1. Responsible for the docking of risk control products, research and development and operation of the payment layer, and promote the combing of relevant needs and the landing of resources;

2. Daily monitoring of risk indicators at the business level, studying dynamic and periodic analysis of risk indicators, analyzing abnormal indicators, and providing intervention or adjustment suggestions;

3, can use the user, behavior portrait to describe the user's risk level, for the company's operational decision-making, product direction, risk management to provide data support and solutions;

4. Set up risk control processes, monitor and perform inspections related to merchant access, evaluate existing procedures to improve and optimize merchant access and monitoring processes.

岗位要求

1. 3-5 years of cross-border payment anti-fraud risk management or data analysis, data mining work experience, sensitive to data, can extract core results from massive data;

2. Strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination, and team spirit;

3. Proficient in Excel, SQL, Hive database tools and at least one statistical analysis or data mining tool (such as Python, R, SAS, etc.);

4. Strong communication skills, English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
