学院介绍

为深入贯彻国家文化和旅游部“文旅融合”与教育部“新文科”建设思想，浙大城市学院以浙江省、杭州市大力推进文旅产业高质量可持续发展为契机，于2022年2月13日正式成立浙江省首家国际文化旅游学院。由具有三十多年国外著名高校教学科研管理经验的世界知名学者邱汉琴特聘教授出任学院创始院长，整体引进由邱汉琴领衔的高层次国际化科研团队。

国际文化旅游学院的前身旅游管理专业始建于1999年，是浙江省一流本科专业建设点、杭州市新型专业，所在学科（工商管理学科：旅游休闲方向）入选杭州市一流学科。下设国际酒店管理、旅游创意策划、数字文旅（特色班）、旅游国际组织管理（特色班）四个方向，同步开设国际留学生项目、国际会展微辅修项目，致力于培养具备人文情怀、实践智慧、创新思想、数字素养、国际视野的“五位一体”高质量应用型旅游专业人才。截止2023年，旅游管理专业已培养21届本科生，为社会输送近2100余人。

邱汉琴

院长，特聘教授

浙大城市学院国际文化旅游学院院长，特聘教授，中国旅游研究院学术委员会委员、联合国教科文组织香港协会副会长、香港大学教育资助委员会质量评审委员会理事会成员；Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism期刊主编。

师资力量

学院现有专任教师25人，22人具有高级职称或博士学位，100%具有海(境)外学习经历。教师水平受社会认可，入选国家文化和旅游部双师型旅游英才、浙江省“151”人才、浙江省之江青年、浙江省高校领军人才培养计划、杭州市新世纪"131”人才、杭州市社科优秀人才等。双师型教师特色鲜明。聘任英国思克莱德大学、香港理工大学、澳门城市大学等名校讲座教授、兼任教授9人，聘请业界高管担任行业教授40余人。

International School of Cultural Tourism(ISCT) of Hangzhou City University was established on February 13,2022.It is the first of its kind in Zhejiang Province,with on and off-campus facilities and amission to achieve academic excellence during the digital era.

ISCT has 25 full-time faculty members,of which 22 have senior professional titles and doctoral degrees.All of them have overseas study experience.Besides,9 professors from well-known universities at home and abroad are employed as visiting or part-time professors,and more than 40 industry executives are employed as industry consultants.
