预告 | 2021世界风景园林师高峰讲坛
由中国风景园林学会指导、北京林业大学主办的“2021世界风景园林师高峰讲坛——风景园林与城市更新”，将于2021年10月30-31日在北京林业大学举办。
本届讲坛聚焦学科前沿，将从“基于自然解决方案（NBS）的城市更新”“社会治理下的城市更新” “城市更新的实践与方法”议题展开。本次高峰讲坛分为主论坛和青年论坛2部分，邀请来自中国、欧洲、美国、日本等国家和地区的权威专家和青年学者，围绕多个议题进行深层次探讨与交流。
The "2021 International Landscape Architects Symposium " with the theme of "Landscape Architecture and Urban Renewal" will be held at Beijing Forestry University on October 30th-31st, 2021, which is advised by the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and hosted by the Beijing Forestry University.
And this symposium will be launched from three topics of "Nature-based Solutions (NBS) for Urban Renewal, "Urban Renewal under Social Governance", and "Urban Renewal Practices and Methods". The symposium consists of outstanding and influential contemporary landscape architects in the main part, as well as young scholars in the young scholar part. Leading experts and youth scholars in the landscape architecture field from China, Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions, will be invited to discuss various topics in depth.

城市作为人类活动最聚集的生态系统，既提供人类生活所需自然资源与气候环境支撑，同时也承受着人类活动带来的生态破坏与环境污染。从基于自然解决方案（NBS）角度出发，探讨治理城市污染、修复城市自然生态系统、实现城乡可持续发展的城市更新路径。
As the ecosystem most affected by human activities, urban ecosystems not only provide natural resources and climate support for human beings, but also bear the ecological damage and environmental pollution caused by human activities. From the perspective of based on natural solutions (NBS), explore the urban renewal path for the treatment of urban pollution, the restoration of the urban natural ecosystem, and the realization of sustainable urban and rural development.

人口、产业、经济等社会维度要素是城市生态系统的典型组成部分，从社会治理视角来探讨城市更新的操作模式十分必要。城市更新不仅是物质更替的过程，也是精神文化演进的过程。从政府、市场、社会（公众）多利益主体出发，探讨以人为本、行之有效的社会治理模式和城市更新路径。
Social factors such as population, industry, and economy are typical components of urban ecosystems. It is necessary to explore urban renewal under social governance. Besides material replacement, urban renewal is also a process of spiritual and cultural evolution. Considering multi-stakeholders of the government, market, and society (the public), explore effective and people-oriented social governance methods and urban renewal path.

在存量发展的新时代背景下，城市更新面临诸多机遇与挑战。针对旧城的物质老化、功能衰退、生态污染、景观环境退化等问题，从国内外城市更新的实践案例、方法路径和做法成效出发，探讨城市更新的典型经验、理论方法和未来展望。
In the new era of inventory development, urban renewal faces various opportunities and challenges. Aiming at issues of physical deterioration, functional decline, ecological pollution, landscape environmental degradation in the old cities, starting from the international urban renewal practices, methods and their effects, to discuss the typical experience, theoretical methods and future prospects of urban renewal.

木下勇，日本大妻女子大学社会情报学部教授、日本国立千叶大学名誉教授，工学博士。40余年来，长期致力于公众参与型workshop与城市更新、儿童参与社区公共空间营造等研究领域。
KINOSHITA Isami，Professor of the Faculty of Social Studies, Otsuma Women’s University; Honorary professor of Chiba University. He has been specialized in the field of civic participated workshop and urban renewal, children's participation and community public space construction for more than 40 years.
Kristina Hill，加州大学伯克利分校副教授。研究方向包括城市生态学、城市水文学等，目前主要关注城区和海岸带如何适应与气候变化相关新挑战等内容。
Kristina Hill, associate professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Research directions include urban ecology, urban hydrology, etc, especially focus on how urban and coastal zones adapt to new challenges related to climate change.

Nico Tillie, teaches landscape architecture at TU Delft as Assitant Professor.He leads the Urban Ecology & Ecocities lab (UECL) 2021. Specializations are: landscape architecture, urban ecology, low carbon cities, urban energy transition, urban metabolism.
Richard Weller，宾夕法尼亚大学景观系系主任、教授，迈尔森城市化基金会主席，伊恩·麦克哈格中心联合执行总监。其涉及多个尺度的规划设计成果被广泛发表、展览，并获得众多奖项。
Richard Weller is the Meyerson Chair of Urbanism and Professor and Chair of Landscape Architecture and Executive Director of the McHarg Center at The University of Pennsylvania. His work regarding design across all scales has been widely published, exhibited and awarded.
Rob Roggema，适应性规划设计工作室Cittaideale 董事兼创始人、英国贝法斯特女王大学客座教授、澳大利亚西悉尼大学客座教授，可持续城市化、气候适应、可再生能源景观和都市农业设计方面的国际知名专家。
Director and founder of Cittaideale, office for adaptive design , spatial planning and design research; Visiting professor of Queen’s University Belfast; Visiting professor of Western Sydney University. He is an international renowned design expert on sustainable urbanism, climate adaptation, renewable energy landscapes and the design of urban agriculture.

【校内参会】面向北京林业大学在校师生，无需提前报名注册。
【校外参会】由于疫情防控原因，每日人数上限为30人，欢迎填写链接免费报名。论坛当天没有现场注册。
On-campus participation: For teachers and students in school, no need to register in advance.
Off-campus participation: Due to the prevention and control of COVID-19, the daily limit is 30 people. Welcome to fill in the link to sign up for free. There will be no on-site registration.

Simultaneous interpretation equipment will be prepared for the main part of the symposium (free of charge). Rent a headphone on the spot with your personal valid certificate. As the supply is limited, first come first served.

During the symposium, accommodation is not arranged in a unified manner. Participants may arrange their own accommodation in advance.

(1) Due to the prevention and control of COVID-19，the registration for off-campus is limited to those who is in Beijing and have no plan (a record) to leave Beijing within 14 days before entering campus.
