1）CNS Clinical Development Head（VP/SVP level）
Location: China (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou)
Key Responsibilities:
1.As a member of Leadership Team, actively contribute to the overall governance and strategy of the Therapeutic Area, including programs, people and budget.
2.Provide leadership to ensure resources, personnel, and expertise are appropriately prioritized and deployed to successfully pursue clinical development.
3.Contribute to strategic direction of all CNS disease areas through active participation at senior levels to determine global strategies for assets and disease areas.
4.Provide technical and strategic expertise to ensure consistent processes, excellence in planning and delivery of clinical plans and study protocols on time and within budget.
5.Accountable for cross-functional development and execution of high-quality clinical strategies and development programs, regarding design, trial conduct, oversight of safety monitoring and data analysis, in full compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
6.Contribute to due diligence and evaluation of new assets for development directly or through appropriate delegation.
Requirement:
1.M.D. or PHD equivalent degree required.
2.At least 10 years in pharmaceutical clinical development.
3.Neurologic disease related clinical trial experience required and clinical experience preferred.
4.Prior experience with small and large molecules for neuroscience diseases, highly preferred.
5.Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking and contingency planning.
3)VP/SVP of Biologic Drug Discovery-Shanghai
Major Responsibilities:
Lead biologic drug discovery efforts covering antibody generation, humanization, protein engineering, etc.
Evaluate drug targets and develop drug discovery and development hypothesis;
Evaluate & manage external biopharmaceutical drug projects for the interest of company R&D pipeline;
Identify CROs and appropriate technologies to execute the programs and deliver preclinical candidates;
Patent drafting and internal project report/summary writing.
Qualifications:
PhD in biology/biochemistry/pharmacology is required; industrial or academic experience in drug discovery is preferred;
Strong protein engineering knowledge/experience are preferred.
Track record delivering biologic drug candidates into clinic are preferred.
The ability to conceive, design, develop, refine and adapt techniques to meet new research needs;
