由地建师|DJSER.com号召并发起，作为首个中国地产行业的国际性设计大奖，开创以地产的角度评选设计，通过设计的视角甄选代表地产行业风向标的优秀项目，被行业誉为“最难获得的大奖”之一！
China Real Estate &Design & Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER.comin 2013, and formally founded in 2014 as the first international design awardof the Chinese real estate industry. CREDAWARDis dedicated to judge the design works from the perspective of real estate andfind out the excellent projects that can be seen as the bellwethers for thereal estate industry from the design perspective, and it is high praised by theindustry.

奖项申报范围 Award Categories
优秀奖
入围项目需出席颁奖典礼，可获得优秀奖奖杯和证书（入围项目可自愿选择项目演说）Merit Award
The shortlists which attend the award ceremony can get the Merit Award. (You can choose to make the speech on the meeting or not)
金银奖
入围项目如需角逐金奖、银奖，必须参与项目5分钟演讲。
Gold and Silver Award
The gold and silver awards will be selected from the shortlists which make the live speech.
申报要求 Requirements for Participation
只要符合奖项申报类别的企业均可申请参与CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国，境外公司均可参加奖项申报。
参赛主体是设计顾问单位或其他企业，参赛则需要得到业主单位含签名的参赛同意书。
Enterprises qualified for award application category can apply to participate in CREDAWARD.
All the domestic and overseas projects enter into the application for awards.
建成项目：建成时间在2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日；
在建项目：① 如住宅项目须开始销售，外立面/样板区实景照片必须提供；②商业项目至少一期开始经营。
For the completed projects, the completion time shall be within the range from 2015.1.1-2019.12.31;
For the projects under construction: ① The residential projects must start selling, and the reality images of the facades/model rooms need to be provided; ② At least one phase of the commercial project is in business.
参赛资料需涵盖:
1、项目基本信息：项目说明（中英文）、项目地点、用地面积、项目规模（总建筑面积）、容积率、绿化率、开工时间、竣工时间、设计周期等；
2、项目图纸：总平面图、主要单体平面图、立面图、剖面图、流线图、户型详图等（根据项目特征，自行选择提交图纸内容）；
3、实景照片：所有申报项目均需提交实景照片，不少于10张;
4、项目团队：开发企业核心团队成员（姓名、职务、简历、近照）；设计单位核心团队成员（主创设计师及其团队成员姓名、职务、简历、近照）；
5、项目亮点：根据评价标准结合项目自身情况，进行整理提交。
建议方向：地产角度、设计角度、用户角度、可持续性考虑；项目创新理念、新技术、新材料选择应用等。
Submission should be covered:
1. Project Basic Information: Project Concept Description, Project Location, site area, project scale (overall floorage), plot ratio, greening rate, time of commencement, time of completion, design cycle etc.；
2.Project drawings: site plan, main monomer floor plan, elevation drawing, section drawing, flow chart, detailed house type drawing etc. (Choose the drawing contents to submit according to the characteristics of the project by yourself);
3.Real photos (the real photos must be provided for all the completed projects and no less than 10);
4.Project Team: Members of the core team of the development enterprise (names, positions, resumes, recent photos. Members of the core team of the design unit (names, positions, resumes and recent photos of the chief designer and his/her team)
5.Project Highlights: arrange and submit the materials according to the evaluation criterion combining the project conditions.
Suggested directions: real estate perspective, design perspective, customer perspective, sustainability considerations; project innovation concepts, new technologies, new materials selection and application.
